• Signed Application
• Business Checking Account-min of 3 months or more
• Credit Card Processing Statements (if applicable) min of 3 months or more
• Drivers License or ID

DOCUMENTS NEEDED AFTER APPROVED

• Business Account Voided Check
• Proof of Ownership or Business License
• Statement of Debt Schedule for other Fundings (if applicable)
• YTD P&L’s, Tax Returns, Aged A/R & A/P reports (when required by lender)
• Landlord Lease Agreement  (if applicable)
